Anything user specific should be in your home directory, depending on the OS you use.
On the Mac it is in ~/Library/Application Support/AfterShot* (don't remember the exact location).
Under the Help menu there is a system information entry which will tell you exactly where.

Re: Ingesting
Thanks, that's probably the reason. I have my system on an external SSD drive, and want to keep the original image files on another external drive, so I have to make sure the permissions are correct. Hmm, I was thinking about permissions for the batch queues, not the image files. But yes, image fil...

Re: Ingesting
It sounds puzzling that you can not edit the settings of the Download queue. hat might point to an installation/permission issue. But in any case, you can easily ignore it and set up your own from scratch, maybe name it Ingest. If you have the ASG, see chapter 7.1 for directory / image naming and th...

Something is seriously wonky here. (You did check that the sRGB profile is included in the exported JPG did you?).

Re: Colorshift when exporting to srgb
Ouch..
You could try to soft proof to sRGB to see if it really relates to the profile.
After all, a wide gamut screen can show lots more than sRGB can. But in this case me thinks something is buggy and needs a call to support.

Re: whitebalance copy/paste does not work as expected since
thanks for info, but the problem is that each image has different kelvin/tint value for the same wb preset, so it cannot be copied. For example I've got two CR2 files, and when I set WB to sunny, then ASP computes following kelvin/tint values: 4702/44 and 4713/45 ...- Ouch, so I misunderstood your ...

Re: whitebalance copy/paste does not work as expected since
Known Issue, resulting from a messy fix for copying as shot values.
But, as long as kelvin/tint are copied and the destination is set to custom, the actual WB from the source is copied.

Why would you expect support for a camera that is not listed on the supported cameras page?

Re: [After ASP 2.2] What is your 3 most needed functions?
Yes, ASP can use ICC input profiles, but where are the tools to create a custom profile for your unique camera, lens, and lighting scenario? I just purchased the Datacolor SpyderCheckr target, and hope to use the HSL adjustment values produced by their software to jerry-rig a custom color profile i...

What camera?
Looks like the profiling for this specific cam is botched. Try playing with the white balance.
