Corel USER to USER Web Board

Just bought Windvd pro 12 and I find it will not open up AVCHD or M2TS Files as advertised, even if they where created with VideoStudio?
Does anyone else have this issue. I tried calling support but I always get someone who can hardly speak, understand or comprehend English clearly.

I would like to see more options for the pictopainting, and if we can add our own images for an option if possible. I would also like to an animation program using frames, like the old animations shop, and/or maybe more options on photo Mirage to make it a bit more like Animations shop using frames...
