Re: Image overly background question...

My problem is I tried doing it in photoshop cs5 and am having issues, as I can select the outside of the image with quick select but cant select the white background inside the halo. I tried just saving it as a .png however that didn't work (as I figured it wouldn't). I guess there is no way to do i...

Hey everyone, I need some assistance with something that I am trying to do. I did a search, but I am having difficulty figuring out how to word what I need assistance with so I am not finding anything. First off I am using VideoStudio X4. I have a picture that I am wanting to overlay on top of a vid...

Re: Major issues when creating DVD

So I got my new burner in, and the disk seemed to burn properly. At the moment the disk plays on my player in the bedroom that wasn't working before, but I still need to check on some of the older players that the original disks didn't work on. Hopefully this was the fix and my problem from the begi...

Re: Major issues when creating DVD

Hi There are two approaches in burning a disc……… Option one Adding the project file to the burner module will cause the program to render the video file prior to burning the disc, this process being recognised by Convert Title immediately after hitting the burn button. Effectively this is what you ...

Re: Major issues when creating DVD

Hi Can you confirm that you are burning a HD disc either Bluray or AVCHD. If so its pointless converting the MTs files to the lower standard DV-Avi. Just to add to Abiel suggestions, 1 / Whilst editing the video do not add chapter points , remove any you have added to the timeline. 2 / Create a Vid...

Re: Major issues when creating DVD

WOW... I have never wanted to throw my PC across the room as much as I do today.... After 4 and a half hours of converting video and trying to burn it to a disk, it gets to 99% overall and then gives me the error "unspecified error 5:0:0" Here is what I had to do because the video was too large to f...

Re: Major issues when creating DVD

I am sorry I disappeared, but I have been busy. I actually slowed the speed of burning to 4x and created the disk thru the program itself and I think it is working. The disk played on a player in my home that the others wouldn't, but I have not had the chance to try it in anyone else's player. I wil...

Re: Deleted Scenes Folder

Now does this allow you to be able to have like a "special Features" icon on your screen when playing in a DVD player or is it only for when you use it in your computer?

Re: Major issues when creating DVD

So I converted to the DV/AVI, and used video studio to create the video files (instead of burning direct to a disk. Once created I used DVD Video soft to burn said files to disk. Now something new and strange is happening. When I put the disk in a dvd player, it will pull up the menu, and allow me t...

Re: Major issues when creating DVD

Wow, Thank you for the detailed explanation, I wasn't expecting it to be so detailed. I will try the Nero disk speed to see what it comes up with. I know that one of the players I used it on, was the exact player that I used to watch a movie I made previously with cyberlink. I also used the same dis...

Re: Major issues when creating DVD

Also another thing I just thought of, when I create the DVD it plays fine in any computer that I put it in. Also I have created small parts in the past while doing my editing, and they worked in a DVD player. No menu, just about 5min of film or so. Could the menus be causing it? The avi I created ju...

Major issues when creating DVD

Hello, I have a little bit of a long story here, so please bare with me. I have been searching the forum for a while, and while I am getting some answers to my questions, I am not getting enough to fix my problems. I was using cyberlink Powerdirector ultra 64 before I moved to videostudio, however I...
