Is there a way to convert an email in Outlook to a pdf file using the PDF Fusion software?

I don't have PDF Fusion installed so I can't say for 100% sure but have you tried File - Print and select PDF Fusion from the list of printing options for the email in question? That's how it works for Foxit PDF.
PSP2019 version 21.1.0.22 & PhotoMirage installed; PSPX thru PSP2018 owned but not installed
