X3 'Get More' Download Links

Can't find painter e4 download - messages box with download items appears - click in window - then says download is ready to install = click that "install options dialogue" box - install now - nothing happens - please advise

Long time I have not been here. I purchased VS X3 some time ago and have lost the software due to a set of unusual circumstances. I still have the key though so where can I download X3 from again so I can get up a rolling again.

Please tell us the names of the files and their sizes.
As they are downloaded automatically please tell us where they are being saved to, what folder on your hard drive?

Other note:
As a buyer of Corel software spanning the last 5 years+ I fail to appreciate the company's stance when it comes to an individual who has lost their backups due to medium failure and the download is past its due date(Some I have are even past 1 year).

Myself as prime example has now been forced to rely on nefarious Hacking and Cracking websites riddled with spurious and dangerous links simply to gain access to the unlocked installer of Corel products that [at least] HACKERS have saved.

I guess my question is why would Corel choose to subject their clientele to such gross indignities for those who have lost their installers?
