I can supply a K3 PEF file but so far Corel haven't asked for one, in fact they don't seem to be interested in my case at all, Ticket (3638657). Their advice seems to revolve around "try re-installing ASP3", what next? Try turning you computer off and on again, or re-installing your operating system? I even dug out a laptop, loaded a fresh install of Ubuntu 16.04 and in that case ASP3 wouldn't even run at all.
This what I've had them so far:
Hi,
I've done that, same problem.
I have also renamed the config file, restarted ASP3 so it created a new config file and still it won't open PEF images. ASP2 still opens them perfectly. I have also tried removing ASP2, installing ASP3 again and still no support for PEF. A number of people on the forum have the same problem.
Any more suggestions?
Nick
