Can someone please point out the major differences/abiliites betwen these two programs??
Do they both support batcg coverts/resizes and .8bf plug-ins

Photo Impact is a full blown Imaging Editor able to compete against the likes of Adobe Photoshop.
Photo Express no longer appears in the Corel Store.
