For some reason I definitely have problem with these plugin. Is anybody knows how to register this plug-in? When I click on info vistascene a box open with the following number in it: A0F6-9444-06A7-011D-B8EB-3806-E6F6-E696-3Z1S. I assumed this is the product code. Then I click on register. A box open with the title GenLag no text. Then I have the choice to cancel or click on the GenLag no text tag. I clicked on Gen.... to open another box with several lines with the same heading GenLag no text. This is a dead end. I cannot use this plugin
Any help?

Hi Kazan

Not sure i understand and dont know exactly what you are selecting.
I have to say i have not used the Vitascene plugin as yet

The plug-in filter can be accessed from the FX library
Drag the thumbnail to the clip on the timeline

Below the library you should see the Video and Attributes tab, if not press the Options button lower right.
From the attributes tab, the panel shows the filters being used, choose "customise filter"
This allows you to select the plug-in effect.

What part of that procedure are you having problems with?

I loaded this plugin from the transition library, I also try this plugin has you mentionned. In both cases I have the same problem: When I click on "customise" A window open telling me that I have the wrong license and ask if I want to register the product now or load the license number, when I click on enter license , the system open a window within window explorer looking for a *.mtkey file which does not exist. Having failed that way I used the other approach described earlier

Hi Kazan

Sorry for the delay in my reply.

There was a similar issue with "boris graffiti" where it requested an activation

Reinstalling the program cured this problem.

Have you tried to re-install the plugins.

After reinstalling Boris graffiti, Video Studio also had to be reset, click link below for details.......

I ran into a similar problem with Boris Graffiti when I installed the demo version I downloaded from Boris' website. You have to uninstall the demo version, and then install the version that comes on the VideoStudio bonus CD. You can't navigate to the Vitascene setup file on the CD and execute that, you need to select Prodad VitaScene from the autorun menu.

My problem is resolved as follow: My system is running Vista ultimate, I have 2 user accounts, one admin account and a standard user account. I loaded and register Corel studio X5 thru the standard user account, X5 runs Ok until I discover the registration problems with Vitascene and RotoPen. At some point within the tests I performed I had to reload X5 from the admin account, Surprise I was ask to register X5 again, when I tested both plug in, they automatically registered and the registration problems diseappears in both user accounts. Then always register your product and plug in from your admin account.
