Title control

Postby Peter100 on Wed May 23, 2012 1:42 pm

Is there a way to adjust individual animation parameters ( i.e. zoom speed, hold up time, disappearing time etc.) for predefined titles in X5?
I cannot find any of such control neither under options or attributes tabs.

OK your close with the attributes tab - in there click to select the radio button next to 'Animation' - make sure the title is selected in the timeline and you will note that the line immediately under the preview screen has changed to blue with two orange sliders under it. Slide those orange sliders around to make changes - the left hand one controls the first movement of the title (the zoom time on some titles) - the blue part of the line controls how long the static bit is - and the bit after the right hand slider controls the animation out (disappear) time. slightly different effect will be seen on different titles depending on what animation has been applied - just move the sliders around and note the effect.

Also don't forget that a simple way to slow everything down is just set a longer time for the title.

Hi

Just to add, once you have selected the type of Animation, pressing the two "TT's" will allow for a manual approach in modifying the settings.
The Blue Bar mentioned by Brain controls the Pause Durations.

The total bar length represents the duration of the title, increasing the title duration will effectively slow the animation.
