... Umm... You might want to try posting that screen shot again, or else describing what it says or indicates.
However, I notice that your computer has an Atom CPU, which usually indicates you are using a netbook. And VS usually won't install on netbooks. I think that has something to do with insufficient screen resolution for the program to operate. At least that is the case with my own two netbooks -- and Acer and a HP.
