Problem with Photo Express 4

I recently installed My Scrapbook, and now, when I go to use Photo Express, I can't load any pictures. These a win window with a yeild sign and an exclamation point in the middle of it with a button that says "OK". No error message... nothing.

The software came with something else I got (I think a printer) and I can't find the CD. What do I do?

If the software does not run properly the best thing to do is to reinstall it or to run repair from the "Control Panel" Add/Remove Programs. But you'll need the installer for this. If you purchased the full version, then you should be able to request for a redownload from Ulead. However, if you have the SE version, you'll have to make the request from whichever Company the software was bundled with.

not sure if this will work for you, but all i had to do to get it working properly was hook up my camcorder to the pc. then i went into my computer and found my camcorder on there. clicked on it twice and the software was finally recognized.
