Error: 1 - Corel MotionStudio 3D Files have been damaged ...

Postby dellis on Wed Mar 14, 2012 12:43 pm

I've been a ulead user for a decade, but I need to upgrade this software ... and it is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL that I have moving path functions. For me, the pan tool and the NewBlue P-In-P functions are woefully inadequate to easily move graphics objects around.

Now, I'm assuming that the moving path functions are incorporated into the MotionStudio 3D plug-in/application (and that will likely work for me), but I'm unable to evaluate the software because I keep getting the following error:

"Error: 1 - Corel MotionStudio 3D Files have been damaged or modified. Please reinstall your original source."

Reinstallation is not remedying the problem, and I'm stuck. Does anyone have a suggestion/solution ... or am I going to have to go to another software platform?

You want to try uninstall the program via add/remove programs then reinstall the program using a created Windows user name with admin account.

I am Korean. I can not speak English very well.
So please excuse.

Delete the program.
Restart the system.
Must delete the program folder.
And Reinstall.

Although not exactly understand your words, I'm one kind of advice you to be.
If you created a C3D project file by Ulead COOL 3D Studio. That C3D project file named "A".
Now, you can open it sucessfully by Double Click at Ulead COOL 3D Studio.
But if you open "A" file by Double Click at Corel MotionStudio 3D, you can't open it sucessfully.
A very complex project file or from time to time(or sometimes), you will see an error message.

So, if you want open "A" file sucessfully at Corel MotionStudio 3D, you don't Double Click it.
Because "A" file made by Ulead COOL 3D Studio. Not Corel MotionStudio 3D.
I guess, Ulead COOL 3D Studio and Corel MotionStudio 3D are each slightly different in detail.
So first, execute the Corel MotionStudio 3D. And second, program main menu,
File - Open - "A" C3D File. Please note that the benefits.
