Yeah,
that logo is rather pitiful and uninspiring.

My wishlist:
Watched folders known from Bibble5.
Raw + Jpg files of the same image handled as one item.
Much better DAM with a more stable, but still efficient DB.
Only "versioned" changes in the RAW develpment process to preserve users' earlier work (regarding this, the switch from B5 to ASP is still a nightmare).
More plugins as part of official, maintained and well-tested ASP releases.
ASP as a 64 Bit app.
Increased image size limits.
A native (not vm or wine based) Linux photo editor of comparable speed.

Pinned Tools like B5. ASP's pinned tooles aren't exactly pinned when they can be scrolled up.

If we are going to have only one option, then surely, the old way is the one to go.
But: it would be great to have 2-level pin (3-state):
state 1: no pinned
state 2: pinned, but scrollable (current ASP behaviour)
state 2: pinned, not scrollable (current B5 behaviour)

So I can decide, which importance the tool is for me, sometimes it is not so important, and I am willing to sacrifice some scrolling for space for other tools.

What do you think of it?

not a professional "replacement for this uninspiring AfterShop logo" but with my quick version you can see where ASP comes from ...

The ability to open "created" DNG files. I have close to 50,000 pics. Many are created DNGs from a couple of RAW formats. Debate the DNG vs proprietary RAW all you want, but I'm not the only person who translates their RAW to DNG. Without that, I find ASP kind of useless.

Nothing.... ;-}

The decent solution is to have individual scrollbars for the pinned and the regular tools and a user movable divider.

Nice.
I would leave out the "rainbow" and make the camera bigger in proportion to the colourful aperture.

I'm wondering why no one else asked for Wacom support so far, but I would really like to have pressure sensitivity when applying adjustment brushes..

Additionally I would love to have an option to show the master file. In Apple Aperture I can press M to see the original.
