Hi, and yes, user to user means precisely that. I have the exalted title of Site Admin, which I share with some colleagues here. But in effect, we are all users of various Corel programs -- like you -- who volunteer their time to try to help out. We are most definitely not Corel employees -- although in a couple of the forums -- notably PSP and Video Studio -- there are a couple of Corel employees who answer questions, but solely in their private or personal capacity.
As far as we are aware, the only threads which Corel takes notice of (in the developmental sense) are the wish lists heading each forum -- as in this one too -- or bug-reporting ones and the threads actually started by a Corel developer -- such as the one in this forum asking for comments on the positive aspects of ASP. (Mind you, personally, I find that thread a bit self-congratulatory, though probably useful to Corel in a publicity sense. I see the wish list and bug-reporting as potentially more constructive from a user point of view...)
Given that I had never even heard of Bibble until a couple of days ago, don't expect much of me. On the contrary, as the owner of a couple of digital still cameras which can take RAW photos, and one who has Lightroom, I hope to be on the learning end here. But that is the beauty of a forum which is truly user to user. So I am hoping that after the inevitable first few hiccoughs over registration procedures etc in a forum which hitherto was exclusively PC-oriented, that this will quickly become useful to a wide range of users.
... And by the looks of things, given the quick start and great participation to date in a forum only a couple of days old, I suspect my optimism will not be misplaced!
