Corel Graphics Suite X4 Install to Windows 7 problem

I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 7 (64 bit). While trying to install my Corel Graphics Suite X4 - setup freezes and I get an "Unknown Error" message Line:133, then I am asked if i want to "debug" the browser page. If I click YES - nothing happens, if I click NO - installation stops and a message stating that Installation is incomplete. Is there a problem with Corel X4 and the 64 bit Windows 7? Does this have to with Adobe Flash Player? I found that apparently Flash Player is not compatible or working well with 64 bit systems - is that true?
