Pentax K-30 RAW files

Postby madbrain on Thu Jul 12, 2012 10:54 am

I just got a brand new Pentax K-30 .
The RAW files are DNG only . There is no PEF support.

Aftershot 1.0.1.10 cannot view these DNG files at all, sadly.
I have uploaded a sample - upload ID 348 . I also filed a bug with the monkey .

Exiftool -model="PENTAX K-01" makes those DNGs work.
Is there a way to get Aftershot to run exiftool prior to download ?

I can't figure out if it's possible or not with the batch queue.

A copy queue (that is what the download is) can not run external commands...

It does make the .dng readable for ASP, but now ASP doesn recognise any lenses attached to the camera :?

Any suggestions for fixing this?
