Is there a way to see my bug reports?

Postby marbly on Sat Apr 14, 2012 11:12 pm

I submitted a bunch of bug reports for ASP 1.0.0.39, maybe 8-10, to this website:

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ASPFeedback

Unfortunately, I didn't keep a list. Is there a way for me to see the reports I submitted? Preferably the full text of what I submitted. Thanks!

You'll have to ask Corel that. This is a user to user web board, and we have nothing to do with that site. AFAIK, it is purely an internal Corel one.

Thanks for the info. I asked Jeff, a Corel employee, so I will wait to see what he says.

By the way, there are tons of posts here with questions that could be best answered by Corel, but people ask each other since some people here happen to know and Corel doesn't seem to be very helpful responding. None of my bug reports were even acknowledged.

double posting and email blasting is never a good idea.
it causes confusion and easily puts you on peoples personal blacklists.

sadly the monkey is a one-way communication channel.
the more important things i need to remember - i just screenshot them. °)

bugs wont be acknowledged one by one, but the monkey is being read.
order of bugfixing might differ from each ones wishlist. ;)

cheers,
grubernd

°) i recommend "pixl grabber" for firefox users,
"webpage screenshot" for chrome,
they both can grab more than the visible page.
use the Monkey to report bugs - include as much precise information as you can provide!

grubernd, you apparently looked at these posts late. I posted the message at the top of this thread and that was all. Ken then told me I should ask Corel so I did as he suggested and reposted to Jeff the Corel employee's thread asking Jeff the question. Sheesh.
