Photo Express 4.0 will not work!!!

I have tried all the tips on here of how to get photo express 4.0 se to work on my pc. I am using win xp, and I have changed the compatability, but it still refuses to run.

I need serious help.

actually, i have fixed the problem. I figured it out. All i had to do was connect my camcorder with the usb to my pc, then it finally recognized the hardware and the software...lol.

Everything is working just fine now.
