RUNTIME ERROR ON PHOTOEXPRESS 4.0 SE

My program has suddenly started giving me this error message and closing down. I use windows xp home with sp2. I recently had to format my hard drive and reinstall this program. It ran fine for a few days and now this error. mainly while trying to access project catogery - cards. I got the program with my TRUST camera. other project catogeries worked ok now they started sending error report to microsoft then program just closes. What is going on? can anyone help please?

Any software you have installed in your system recently??

I honestly think the program doesn't like windows Xp cuz i'm having a similiar problem . I think they should give us a refund because their software doesn't support XP .

Good luck on getting Tech support help , they haven't replied to my email as of yet .

Nothing installed recently. have emailed tech support and had a reply but their suggestions didnt work.

FOUND A SOLUTION!

[size=18]I have successfully used windows xp compatability wizard. I ticked the box NOT to use themes run as windows 98, ME. and everything is working again.
