That file, is just the executable file that launches the program. You don't want to change that file in any way...

The only place I've been able to find to change the burn speed is found in the last step, and as you can see it is grayed out, so the speed can not be changed..

I checked DVD MF7 (pro) on my WinXP machine and it too will not allow changing the burn speed, however in DVD MF6 Plus the burn speed can be changed. This is clearly a problem with DVD MF7. Why Corel would have that option, but not allow access to it, is ridiculous.
