Photo explorer 8.6 crashes

when i go into photo explorer 8.6 i go to tools and go to calander. I hit the button and i get the send don't send i click info i get u32cfg.dll. And photo explorer shuts down. I've tried uninstall and reinstalling it. I've taken it back and got a second copy and it does the same thing. I've contacted support team to download a new u32cfg.dll and still crashes. The support team said the could no longer help me. So if anyone can thank you
