Unable to create case in Corel's support system

When I try creating cases (asking a question) through the Corel system, I just get this amusing error

Your case has been created!
X Case creation fail

I can't figure out any way to tell Corel about this, can someone here do so?

I'm sorry about this aaronlawrence, this has been reported already and we are currently investigating the problem. Also can you send me via Private Message of this forum your details of your problem and your corel.com login, so that I can forward your concern to the tech support team.

Perhaps Corel could disable the case creation until it's fixed, because right now you get to type everything in and then have it discarded.
