JASC PAINT SHOP PRO 8

Postby Barbaroo52 on Tue Mar 20, 2012 5:29 pm

I have a 2003 version of "JASC" PAINT SHOP PRO 8.
I used it with my Windows XP computer, but I now have Windows 7.
Does anyone here know if it will work with Windows 7?
I just bought a new Computer, so I can't afford to buy a new Program at the present time!
THANK YOU!!!

Have you searched the forum to see if someone has already asked and had this question answered?
If you can't find an answer, the best bet is to try it yourself and see.

Officially, no it's not supported. Unofficially it will likely work, possibly even better than it did on XP. If you have problems you can always try setting it to compatibility settings. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/wind ... of-Windows

I have PSP8, X2, X3 and X4 all installed concurrently and running under XP and Windows 7 with no real problems apart from the normal bugs. I can use one to do a total screen capture of the other in operation while I am preparing tutorials. Paintshop Pro rocks!!!
