The bug I'm talking about is a bit tricky. If you create a document same size in PSPX4, then it opens fine. My sample file was made in Photoshop (the same happens with other editing programs like Photo-Paint). As soon as they come from outside, then this bug appears:
You have a file with a size of 1333x2000px or 4.6x6.6 inches and saved with 300dpi, created in another photo editing program.
Now, after opening this file in PSPX4, PSPX4 multiplies the size using the factor 4.166. The size increases to 16.667x25.000 inches and the resolution decreases to 72dpi.
You change the resolution to 300dpi and change the size to 4x6 inches.
After saving in PSPX4, it opens now correct in PSPX4.
As soon as it comes from PSPX4, then it's fine. If you save the file in another program and reo-open it in PSPX4, the size/dpi are again wrong.
Sorry for this bug. It's really a painful one if you don't work in pixels and 72dpi. Ah yes, it doesn't happen with pixels....
There haven't made changes in the download version. We all have the same version. There is a SP planned, but I can't say when it will come exactly. You know what I mean, you never know what changes have to be done in the the very end. I will definitely test the beta as soon as I get it.
