I am trying to download your menu templates, but am receiving the following message when opening the link:
Warning: main(configfw.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/filewind/public_html/media9/g.php on line 1

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'configfw.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/filewind/public_html/media9/g.php on line 1

Can you help. I have VS11+ and am running Windows Vista Home Premium.

Its a Smartscene menu that has 5 links.
http://media9.filewind.com/g.php?filepath=16600

There you will find two files.
smartscene05.zip for a 4.3 version
smartscene05w.zip for a 16.9 version

Video/Studio 10+ users need to unzip it to:
C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 10\Content\Menu Template\16x9\One Scene Button

MovieFactory 5 users need to unzip it to:
C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5 Plus\Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5\Content\Menu Template\16x9\One Scene Button

Change 16x9 to 4x3 if your using the 4.3 version.

We've had a problem with Filewind hosting. So Steve is using a different hosting service called Driveway.

Have you tried the links that appear in the the quote? Those are the driveway links, and the errors you posted about are from Filewind.

I just tried the driveway links and they appear to be working..

Sorry I know this is the wrong subject to be asking this, but it is mentioned a few times, can you tell me how to perform a "screenshot". I believe it is something and the insert key. I would be grateful.

Sure,

You will need some type of image editing application, like PhotoImpact or PSP, or even Irfanview that will allow you to Paste.

With WinXP: simply press Alt + prt scr. That copies the screen to your clipboard. Open your image editing application up, go to Edit>Paste. Then you can make adjustments, such as cropping, resizing, whatever.

There are several programs designed for taking screenshots. You can google to find one. I use FastStone, or TechSmith Camstudio.

Thanks for responding so quickly. I will go to Google to see what I can find. However, what is Alt (which I understand) it's the prt scr bit I am not sure of.

There are two ways to capture the screen as a still image.

1. To capture the entire screen press the [PrtSc] key on your keyboard
Then open any image editing program such as PhotoImpact, PhotoShop or even MsPaint and then paste your screen shot into your chosen program.

2. To capture only the active window press these two keys sat the same time
[ALT] (located next to your space bar)
[PrtSc]
Then do the same as (1) above - i.e. paste it into your chosen program.

You only really need a third party program to capture your screen as a video - used by people like myself for creating tutorials - such as this:
Create Subtitles with VS11+ for use in MF6+ (Video)

Thank you very much for that. It was the prt scr bit I couldn't find, on this new keyboard of mine it is spelt out in full ie print screen. Thanks again for your time.

I do not have HD and so was unaware that there were only 6 Menu Templates available until I saw This Post
It was a fairly simple matter to resize the existing supplied 16x9 SD Templates so that our forum members can use them with AVCHD / HD and Blue-Ray Menus.
Here is a link to the converted templates, in addition I have corrected an error with templates HDBasic_05 and HDBasic_06 where the word Title was incorrectly shown as Tilte.

Hi folks,

Wondered if there was a known problem with the Driveway storage, because I cannot access any of the useful links you had there. None of the links now work with IE & FreeDownloadmanager or Firefox.

All I get is the message:
"This file/folder has been deleted from the Driveway account by the owner. This link is no longer valid."

I would be grateful for your advice. Thanks.

Yes, that is a problem with those online storage places. Sometimes things disappear, sometimes they just go out of business.

Corel do not provide us with any web space and so any shared material has to be placed on either our own website or one of the free hosting services.

Blueyonder do not provide very much web space and so I have to resort to services like Imageshack, driveway, Motionbo , Hymbro and a few others. Without any warning these sites either disappear completely or some of your stuff miraculously vanishes.

Thanks for your replies folks. I know from personal experience that such web storage sites can be transient. This became a real headache for me when I was providing similar sharing resources for club members.

My particular thanks to Steve for kindly making this thread's menus available yet again.

I suspect that I may end up buying PhotoImpact, as that seems to be the only way to create or edit VideoStudios UFO files.

Windows Live now provides 25GB of storage space.
As this is from Microsoft hopefully these files will not suddenly disappear as has occurred with previous file sharing sites I have used in the past.
