Welcome to the forums,

Did you just recently purchase it? If so you should have received a Serial number in the email containing the download link from Corel. Did you by chance purchase a Activation Key to unlock a TBYB (trial) version so time ago? TBYB's (which Corel no longer offers for DVD Copy 6+), use activation, where the full versions use Serial numbers. You must enter the Serial number in the correct place, as it will not work if you put your serial number where it may ask for an activation code.

This has me real concerned. I have never, ever seen any of Corel's products require this information after installing. Where did you get the download link? I have a gut feeling you've been had..

I have this problem, but nobody seems to have an answer, especially Corel's support. They never heard of this problem, yet dozens have the problem. I have wasted a few hours on this. They gave me a new serial number, then told me to re install, then had no answers.

Getting onto this page to attempt and answer took forever, as no username or password would work. So, I tried getting a new username and password. The responses would be that either my new password, or new username or my email address was already in use. Finally, after an hour over all sorts of tries, I got a new password for my original user name. However, they tell you to go to the Profile Page and change it if you wish. Trouble is, there is no Profile Page to be found anywhere. I tried searching for Profile Page, and there is nothing found. So, I am stuck with an un rememberable bunch of gobbledy gook. Seeing that just about everything I get from Corel Does not work, and that their Tech Support almost never has an answer to anything , that is par for the course.
