Better for what??? Video Studio is better for video editing. And, if you look at the forum activity, you'll see that Video Studio is much more popular. (It's not fair to look at the total number of posts, because Video Studio has been around for a few more years, but there is also less current activity.)
Disclaimer - I don't have either program. I have an older version of Video Studio and I've never tried Digital Studio 2010.
Digital Studio includes "lite" video editing, DVD authoring/burning, photo editing, and DVD-player software.
Video Studio is a full-featured video editing program, and it includes a different (better?) "lite" DVD authoring/burning program. (No photo editing and no DVD-player)
Head over heels,
No time to think.
