Well live and learn :D I have just never come across a DVD that had no main menu page nor have I even considered creating such a DVD. Would this also work if you have more then one Title?

I just did it through MF with the Join Video option, then selected all the clips so they are now just one file showing in the screen.

Using 'Join Video" does not, of course, create a new, single video. It is really only virtual, with the original videos remaining separate on your computer. And it is possible that one of them may be corrupt (which is a common reason for the 'unspecified error' message).

So does the error message appear around the same time each time you have attempted to burn a disc? If so, then estimate approximately where it occurs in your 'joined' video, and look at the original clip which is around that spot. If you have other editing software, you could try converting that clip to DVD-compliant mpeg-2 and insert the new clip in place of the old.

The other thing you could try would be, instead of using Join Video, to use 'Export Selected Clips'. Select all of the clips in the burning timeline and then click on Export Selected Clips. In the drop down menu which appears, select Fast Export DVD Compliant Video. In the dialogue box which appears, note where the new file is going and change the default name assigned to it if you want. When that process has finished, empty your timeline in MF and instead use the Add Video Files button to navigate to where your new DVD-compliant file is and add that to the timeline. Then proceed as before to mark your chapter and then make your menu and burn.

No, you can only hide the Title Menu if it contains one movie, if you add more the option is not available and you have to use the Main Menu, being required to select the second Title.

It looks like one of the files was corrupted after all. I did a repair on all the files and one of them was missing some tag information. I'm not exactly sure if that's what the root of the problem was to begin with, but either way the disc burned! Thanks for all the help!!
