Video Track with Audio Upload

Postby Antonia Roman on Wed May 23, 2012 3:07 am

Upon uploading a video clip that already has video sound attached, why am I not able to hear that video sound when I try to edit my video?

Welcome to the forums, Antonia!

Unfortunately, though, it is difficulty to offer any sensible advice since you haven't really told us much. Can you please right click on one of these video files either in the Video Studio library window or in the timeline, and copy ALL its Properties here please. That way we will know what we are dealing with, at least.

Just want to add... are you on clip mode or project mode when playing or previewing the video?

I guess I would be in project mode when I start to editing the project. I hope this answers the question, and also will check some of the video library suggested. Thank you.

Hi Antonia

We need to know what type of video file you are using, Ken asked you to provide the video clips properties.

With the clip in the timeline, right click it and select properties, what are they?

You could also tell us where the clips came from, downloaded from the internet or a camera, if the latter what type of camera
