VSP X5 Ultimate Registration and Case Creation FAIL

This would be comical if a deadline was not involved.
Install was successful, assuming my product key went through the InterWebs. However, after I created my Corel account no products appeared as registered nor could I register the product. Even better, I created a case under 'Registration and Account', however that failed due to no product was registered. What the hay? Corel please help. I should first point out to you the title of these forums - Corel User to User Web board - I'm afraid you are not talking direct to Corel in these forums - one or two Corel employees do visit as users and try to help but their presence is not guaranteed - we're all just users here trying to help each other.

having said that I'm not sure what your real problem is - you say your product is not showing up as registered but that does not stop you using in - if you entered the serial number correctly and it was accepted you can use the product to your hearts content - there are quite a few people who never ever register a programme. Registration is not compulsory - it only helps if you need to contact Corel help direct for something.

i would suggest waiting a couple of days and then checking your registration again - things have a habit of not happening immediately on the Corel Website.
